Novapoo currently ships to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Order handling

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery estimate

After dispatch, delivery normally takes 7–12 business days. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 8–15 business days, including handling. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping cost and tracking

Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you complete your order. Where tracking is available, we will send the tracking details after dispatch.
